The service
Prelight Atlas ingests your brand materials into one machine-readable record — assets, guidelines and licenses — and serves it to your teams and connected AI tools, directly and via MCP.
Your account
One workspace per licensed brand. Seats as set out on the Pricing page; licensee and partner logins are free and unlimited. You are responsible for who you invite, and for the permission schemes you set.
Your content
Your files remain yours. You grant us the limited right to process them to build and serve the record — nothing more. We claim no ownership of your assets, guidelines or license agreements.
The record
The descriptions, groupings and classifications Atlas derives are for your use. The record lives in your workspace and leaves with you: full export in an open format, at any time, for any reason.
Acceptable use
Do not send material you lack the rights to, or that is unlawful. Do not probe, scrape or overload the service. Do not share seats to work around a scope that was priced on purpose.
Fees
As on the Pricing page. Pilots are paid and credited in full against year one on upgrade. Every cap is soft — growth is a conversation, not a cliff.
Confidentiality & security
Mutual NDA and a signed DPA before any file moves. Handling per the Security page and the DPA.
Intellectual property
Prelight's software, models and methods remain ours. Your brand record — and everything in it — remains yours.
Liability
Capped as set in the signed order form — the standard cap is the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Neither party is liable for the other's indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement as set out in the order form. On exit you take the whole record in an open format, and we hard-delete on request, with written confirmation.
